Seabed Geosolutions uses Guardian, our on-line document control and event reporting system, to store our documents as well as track and manage QHSSE events.  The system is divided into two modules: one module provides a secure document control system, and the other provides us with an event reporting program.

It is accessible by all employees and allows for the:

  • Reporting of Q+HSSE events and Observation Reports
  • Facilitation of the analysis/investigation process
  • Recording of audits/inspections and meetings
  • Management and monitoring of action plans
  • Immediate consolidation of QHSSE information for detailed data analysis
  • Posting of improvement suggestions as well as recognitions
